It depends on the nature of the transfer. Some family transfers and certain relationship breakdowns are exempt from stamp duty in NSW. Transfers as part of a deceased estate may also be exempt. We advise on this as part of your quote.

Most straightforward transfers are completed within 2–4 weeks. Transfers involving a mortgage, deceased estate or court orders may take longer depending on third party timelines.

No — everything is handled digitally through PEXA. You can sign documents electronically and we manage the entire process online.

Yes — we handle transmission applications and transfers following the death of a property owner. We'll need a copy of the Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration to get started.

We liaise directly with the lender to obtain their consent to the transfer, or coordinate a simultaneous refinance if a name needs to be added or removed from the loan as well.
