You may be eligible if you're purchasing a home for the first time, the property is valued at $800,000 or less, and you intend to live in it as your principal place of residence. If your spouse or de facto partner has previously owned property in Australia, you may not be eligible. We advise on eligibility as part of your conveyancing.
