These terms apply to your use of mypropertykit.com.au, operated by My Property Kit (ABN 53 692 493 342), a licensed NSW conveyancing practice based in Leichhardt NSW 2040. By using this website or buying a contract review through it, you agree to these terms.

Information on this website

The content on this website is general information about property transactions in NSW. It is not legal advice and does not take your circumstances into account. We only act for you once you have engaged us and we have given you our costs disclosure and terms of engagement.

We take care to keep information accurate and up to date, but laws, government charges and thresholds change. Please confirm anything you rely on with us before acting on it.

Stamp duty calculator

The stamp duty calculator gives an estimate only, based on published Revenue NSW rates. It does not account for every exemption, concession or surcharge, such as surcharge purchaser duty. Your actual duty will be confirmed by Revenue NSW.

Quotes

Quotes are based on the information you give us. If your matter turns out to be different or more complex, we will tell you and confirm any change in writing before doing the extra work. Disbursements, such as searches and government fees, are charged separately.

Contract reviews bought online

Contract reviews are for contracts for existing properties in NSW. Off-the-plan contracts are reviewed separately.

A single review covers one contract. Each review must be used within 90 days of purchase.

Same-day turnaround is available on request and depends on when we receive your contract and complete documents.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your use of this website

You agree to give us accurate information through our forms and not to misuse the website, including by attempting to access it without authorisation or interfering with how it works.

Intellectual property

The content, design and branding on this website belong to My Property Kit or are used with permission. You may view and print it for your own use, but you may not copy or republish it without our written consent.
